This was the situation outside the DFA Macapagal office this morning. My daughter took 4 hrs to get her new passport released. To make things worst it started to rain.

@dododulay There has to be a better way. Perhaps a different venue. Kawawa ang mga tao...standing in line for hours rain or shine. Maawa naman kayo.

@USAmbManila Not so good pm. Pls urgently help our countrymen up north in Cagayan Valley. We need to transport food, meds, clothes, etc...asap. Problem is our gov't's resources/equipment are very limited. Air and sea transports would surely save lives there. Pls help.
