Are those related? Probably.

But it's on MLS to make a compelling product fans want, not to lecture fans on what they should want.

@NobletStrength @PhillyPMC I can speak for Germany, where consistently across the three different places I've lived, the fees amount to about $80-$100 per year.

For really good players that outgrew our club, they get picked up for other clubs (also no fee), if they're good enough.

@cdotharrison I'm not so sure, but they're playing differently. Australia defends very deeply..along it hard to score on, but also very hard for Australia to score.

Paraguay defended a little further up the field. And was punished for it, hard.

Paraguay vs Australia will be interesting.

Basically everyone, excluding some diplomats/families.

If people here illegally can be charged with crimes and imprisoned, they are indeed subject to the jurisdiction.

@1Nicdar @alfranken When we say "democracy" we mean a form of governance in which the people decide, as opposed to autocracy. Not a strict definition of democracy in which everyone votes on every single issue.

This is like arguing that sunsets aren't real because the earth rotates instead.

And to this point, people are leaving the profession in droves.
Open positions all over the country.
Universities having trouble recruiting students to the education.

For too many the negatives outweigh the positives and here we are.

That's the problem.

@ConcacafEdgar Isn't the point of the OP exactly that? That NCAA soccer is overlooked? Mismanaged. Waste of an infrastructure ? Our college sport system is an advantage in just about every sport in the world. Except soccer. Needs to be cleaned up. Huge developmental potential if done right.
