@SkyWestAirlines @united One debacle after another with this trip. Haven’t flown United in years until this week and won’t make the same mistake again. On the flight out equipment. weather and a diverted flight ended in not getting to hotel til 430am. Going back home - ground crew errors led to delay and then weather issues to another diverted flight and an overnight in a terrible Motel 6. And now we don’t have a crew for the flight home. HELP!!
