@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK - I have tried to cancel this account numerous times. I am the account holder, but not in possession of phone (stepdaughter) Contract ended 22/01/18 with account in balance. Vodafone continues to collect line rental after sim/phone plan cancelled. Why? - Feeling had.

@VodafoneUK - Customers beware, after your contract finishes, Vodafone will still continue to charge you and collect DD payments, unless YOU the customer calls to cancel. Don't assume payments will automatically stop at end of contract. It's 'sharp practice'.
