What a season! Three kids competing and trying our best to do as much of the circuit as we could. One getting back to worlds after a year out and another missing the cut by 20 points. Maybe next season we can get all three to the big dance. See everyone in San Francisco.
Also shout out to my wife Rachael for getting her Ace trainer in basically the last three months at the end of the season after not playing in two years and getting phase 2 in Indy and points at NAIC to lock it in .
@LynnOono As a fellow parent of junior siblings, Kenji and Annabelle are the standard that my kids hope to reach. They are always happy and have great attitudes and on top of it are two of the very best in the division. Keep up the good work and good parenting shielding the negativity
Just wanted to shout out my wife Rachael for making her first day 2 at Indianapolis with Slop Bolt in only her second regional and her first in three seasons. 301/1974
Ended up 6-3-1 in Indianapolis at 19th place out of 194 players with Cynthia's Garchomp. Had so much fun with a deck that not many people thought was good. Added 160 points to get me to 700 points hoping one more finish at New Orleans will get me my invite. 🥰
Hello everyone, for NAIC it is still very likely that I'd be needing assistance with shuffling. If you are a spectator or know someone who has the time, please let me know. I will of course do my best to make it worth your while. All the best. #PlayPokemon
Haven't posted lately but last two regionals have been a roller coaster. Got 23/307 at Houston and Top 128 at Orlando with Gholdengo. Definitely some ups and downs the last few weeks but now sitting at 820 points I think that should lock up the World's invite.
Won the Tristar Hobby Cup with Gholdengo. Nothing like winning a cup at 1am and driving a hour and a half back home. GGs to all my opponents and s/o to my boy Clay who had to stay up with me way past his bed time.
