DO WE HAVE SYMBOLISM HERE?! 👀

The September cover of Vogue Korea, with the concept LISA’S ODYSSEY, can be read as a symbolic representation of a new stage in LISA’s journey: an artist who has already traveled a long path and now enters unknown territory, exploring new possibilities and writing a new chapter in her own story.

The word “Odyssey” comes from the story of Odysseus, one of the Greek heroes of the Trojan War. After the war, he tries to return home to Ithaca, but the journey that should have been simple ends up lasting ten years, marked by challenges, discoveries, and transformations until he finally reaches his destination.

And the concepts presented by Vogue seem to reinforce this symbolism: “A Star Is Born,” “New Territory,” and “Super Nature.” The birth of a star, the entry into a new territory, and the transformation of that star into something even greater.

LISA’S ODYSSEY doesn’t seem to just speak about an arrival. It speaks about a new journey.

The only thing this anniversary has done is expose how a lot of blinks really feel about Lisa, because the things I’ve seen lately have been absolutely crazy.
