@TELUSsupport Yes I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling many times. No luck on any iOS device (iPhone, or Apple TV) Old app worked fine. On the Telus neighbourhood forum they said there may be a “back end”problem with the account on the new app. Haven’t heard anything back from support yet…

@BACTouring Hi, I was trying to purchase Wicked tickets for Vancouver, but don't see it available anymore (it was a few weeks ago). I'm a 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 subscriber and thought that gave me early access for season additions? Is it cancelled because of Covid19?
