Tyler Rutenbeck the native from Maquoketa, Iowa had a phenomenal season in 2013 and was named an All American.

During that 2013 season Tyler had 22 TD’s and averaged more than 125 yards per game. He signed with the colts after UD!!

I was given a great opportunity to intern with @SeanSkahan over the summer. Really learned a lot about being a strength coach and how to work with different athletes. If you are a hockey athlete or any athlete in general looking for next level training, he’s the guy to go to!
