@Thought_Weasel I was going with landowner denied planning permission. Sycamore gap is really remote, nearest village is Once Brewed which is about 4 houses, The Sill, and the pub.

@spatialsyndave Yup. That's a very neat cut, and it was spray painted to mark the cut line. I doubt a 16 year old would be that forward thinking.

It's only walkable from about 10 houses nearby. There's someone else involved and no mistake.
