Today's Black American (Freedmen) inventor is Dr. James A. Parsons. Parsons was a metallurgist and chemist who invented a form of stainless steel named Durimet 20 or Alloy 20.
Durimet 20 is universally prized as being highly resistant to corrosion. These factors led to it being used extensively in the Manhattan Project. The Durimet 20 is used in a wide range of industries, but mainly in medicine, petrochemical and refinery, marine, nuclear, aerospace, automotive, pharmaceutical, textile, and chemical and food processing industries.
Today's Black American (Freedmen) inventor is Walter Lincoln Hawkins. Walter Lincoln Hawkins invented a plastic coating for telephone cables that is STILL used TODAY for telephone and fiber optic cables! He and his partner Victor Lanza's invention led to the expansion of telephone service throughout the world! #BlackHistoryMonth

Good evening, everyone! It goes without saying that the results tonight were not what we wanted. However, I am not discouraged one bit, and you should not be either. I have always said that when a person stands up and fights for what is right, even if they do not win, it is impossible for them to lose. When I started, I had zero supporters, no one knew me, and I only had the desire to fight for justice, especially the cause of reparations for Freedmen. As a result, I have appeared on local, national, and global news from Fox News to Newsmax to ABC News to Al Jazeera and more. I have been interviewed by Time Magazine and Rolling Stone. I have spoken in front of thousands of people from fellow reparationists to crowds who are diehard MAGA to avid liberals to elected officials about my platform of reparations and more. People here in South Carolina, throughout the US, and overseas have heard about my push for reparations, my push to fight back against the mass immigration invasion agenda, to fight for the sanctity of life for all persons from the born to the unborn, and more. Most of all, I have been privileged to have the support of people like you, both in South Carolina and beyond. None of this could have been done without you. I am eternally grateful, and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I want to give a special thanks to my campaign manager, who worked tirelessly behind, and at times, in front of the scenes to advocate for the cause of reparations and more. I knew this was a long shot from the beginning, and I knew running as a third-party candidate made it even more of an uphill battle. However, at its core, this is an educational work. Millions of people have been educated about our movement. Many have written to me and have personally told me that they are launching their own campaigns for office after being inspired by me. This is incredibly touching, and this is just the beginning. We have to become the representatives that we need. We have to form, lead, and support the organizations that we need. We have to become the advocates that we need. That was the impetus behind me getting involved. I hope this will be true for you as well.
When Angel Reese and the entire LSU and South Carolina teams were being maligned, disrespected, and called “dirty debutantes,” “Louisiana hot sauce,“ and other racist things, Bron and Barkley we’re quiet as church mice.
When people pointed out the way the media has covered Caitlyn Clark and given her far more attention than the Black players who actually won the national championship and the Black WNBA players who have dominated the league, they put on their Superman capes and flew to the rescue.
As I have always said, it is "policy ALWAYS, party never." My original purpose for running with the Democratic Party was to hold them accountable from within, seeing how they get 85 to 90% of the black vote, but have utterly failed and betrayed us.
I believe I made that message clear. This year, I will be running under the United Citizens Party. As we know, third parties tend to get very little traction or attention, but the United Citizens Party has been welcoming towards me and my platform. I am excited to be joining them this year.
