@greateranglia Thanks Emily. It turns out the option to appeal is available only after submitting bank details (I expected to be able to do it before to avoid being refunded the incorrect amount), it would be great if this could be made clearer on the website FAQ!
@greateranglia you've approved my delay repay claim but you have the wrong ticket value. The FAQs say I can appeal this within 'Check my Claim Status' but there's no option to do that nor any contact details, only option is to submit card details. How do I appeal? Thanks
@SamUnderwoodUK reading excellent https://t.co/TdnvCWb7LN but took a double take on “breadcrumbs are something a lot of UX professionals are reluctant to introduce” My experience is lots of UX research for breadcrumbs but haven’t seen any against, am I missing something? Thanks!
@nationalrailenq any idea when tickets will be available for London to Chester Sat 11th March? I’ve been checking for weeks - previously there was a message saying engineering works needed to be confirmed, now only “No fares available for this journey”. Thanks!
@nationalrailenq Can you please share more info on setting up ticket alerts? The only alerting I found on your website says it’s to alert on journey disruptions. Thanks
People keep telling me that because the UK had a heatwave in 1976, climate change is overhyped.
So here’s the global heat anomaly maps from June 1976 and June 2022. https://t.co/GGVg46UTcI
@SW_Help just got on 13:46 train at Raynes Park to Kingston (i.e. other track to previous motspur park issue) and told being held due to incident ahead. Any info?
@virginmedia I’ve received a letter for one of your customers - number and street name is mine, postcode is not. How can I send the details as you don’t allow DM?
Need to call out @yawnlondon’s exceptional customer service. I’ve been the biggest PITA customer this past week and they’ve been so helpful, patient and responsive. Holly, you’re a superstar, thank you! 🌟
