Dianna Russini made a Spotify playlist called "TURNIN THE PAGE" that she shared with a user named "Mike" on December 19, 2022.
Which just so happens to coincide with a four-game Titans losing streak
I did a little experiment today for @InsideTexas.
Given that LSU (wow), South Carolina, and Missouri are the clear bottom tier of the SEC, I wanted to see which teams were winning the best. Who are the actual dominant teams in the conference?
So I filtered out every win against those three teams for the other 13, and got some interesting data points.
The two best teams are:
10-5 Georgia
9-6 Texas
Makes sense, they're the two highest-ranked and rated.
The next tier had:
6-5 A&M
9-9 Alabama
What a fun pairing. A&M is still over .500 against good teams, but they've only played 4/6 series against truly difficult competition, losing two of them.
Alabama has had no help this year with its schedule. All 18 games against good SEC teams, and they've performed admirably all things considered. Battle-tested teams in the postseason...
There's a six-team middle class of 7-8 or 9 records, but the bottom three are interesting.
Kentucky and Tennessee at 6-10 aren't all that surprising, but Oklahoma is at just 5-8. Half of their SEC wins are against LSU and Missouri.
Keep an eye out for the Sooners. They have Florida and Auburn coming up. If they can come out of that with two series wins, they are one legit team. But for now I'm cautious.

I'm doing a modern remake of 'Mrs Doubtfire' where the Daniel character doesn't use any prosthetics or wigs, and just changes his pronouns. Everyone goes along with it except the mother, who protests. She's branded transphobic and Daniel gets custody of the children.
