i am so sick and tired of everyone treating katseye, illit, le sserafim and every other hybe group like they personally ruined the music industry and hating them under the guise of hating the company.
at this point people aren’t even criticizing these groups anymore, they’re just looking for a reason to hate them. every performance, every chart achievement, every comeback, every random clip gets picked apart under a microscope.
you don’t have to stan them, you don’t even have to like their music but the way some of y’all act like these girls are villains for simply existing is genuinely ridiculous. the outrage is so forced that it stops being criticism and just becomes a hate campaign.
it’s especially weird because the people receiving the heat are always the idols themselves instead of the executives making the decisions everyone claims to be mad at.
ONGG NI-KI shared some of the behind of him filming his cover…he said it’s a reflection of him on Coachella! 🥹
[ naver article]
👤 “According to his agency, Ni-ki personally contributed ideas to the planning and overall direction of the video, demonstrating his capabilities as a versatile artist. In particular, he focused on recreating the emotions and surroundings he experienced during last year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in the United States. With a sunset trailer as the backdrop, warm orange tones and vintage props harmonize to create an atmosphere that feels like a scene from a film.
Additionally, to maintain a natural flow, he proposed filming in a one-take style himself and showed extraordinary dedication by recording multiple times to achieve a perfect result.
Through his agency, Ni-ki shared, “While preparing this cover, it was very meaningful to be able to pour in the emotions I felt in the U.S. exactly a year ago,” adding, “Every part of the lyrics and melody reminded me of myself back then, which made it even more special.”
