The best teacher I knew had a game where any adult entered her room(staff, admin, parent) had to answer a question. The students loved this because she would ask tough questions based on the lesson & they often knew the answer when the adults didn’t. Fun outside the box teaching!
3 truths we can remember when we’re facing a disappointment and questioning God’s goodness through it all:
1. God is our provider.
2. God’s provision is always what we need but not always what we want.
3. God’s provision protects our heart.
In Mrs. Rabon's 5th grade class, they are being student leaders! Josie and Nevaeh rocking it out leading the read aloud and vocabulary! Way to go setting a great example!

In 5th grade we are working on poetry. Students found their favorite poem and painted what it meant to them on a pumpkin to celebrate fall. I am so proud of both of my literacy classes! 🎨📖 @HurleyElem@jenbrown224
So proud of my student leaders who are able to lead our vocabulary lesson and facilitate our IRA while upholding the same classroom expectations and keeping students engaged. #5thisbest
A child should never walk the halls of a school like a ghost feeling unseen and alone.
Every child deserves an advocate willing to go the distance for them. Let’s continue to make it our daily mission to make our students feel seen, loved, and valued.
That’s the mission.
Teachers are real life heroes.
I love what I do. I love teaching. I’m not afraid to say I love teaching. It’s hard sometimes but in the end we teachers make a real life difference and that means something.
You’re not who people say you are. You’re not who social media says you are. You’re not who the scale says you are.
You’re who GOD says you are. And He says you're loved. He says you are held. He says You're His.
Forever His.
