@AirCanada - I've been without my luggage for two days now. I have followed all instructions and all shows luggage sitting at destination airport since yesterday. No one has called to tell me the luggage is being delivered (as your app, airport agent, and website say you will).
@xochilt8922@HoustonISD 100% They should put everyone's minds at ease and just call it for the week. Absolutely no reason to keep families in limbo. With the lack of power (and COOL AIR) for so many, those Houstonians fortunate enough to have options to go elsewhere are prohibited from doing so.
