Selling with @therealreal is an absolute joke. I sold a pair of Tory Burch shoes and I received a $1 check. My commission was a dismal $13.50 and somewhere there was fine print that a check fee of $12.50 would apply. Absolutely criminal.

@VerizonSupport horrified by the customer service I’ve received today both on the phone and store manager. A store associate added a line to my account without my knowing or permission. The store manager now telling me it’s a “digital” number not an additional line.
