The William Arthur Bower Memorial Scholarship was developed in memory of William Arthur Bower, a Red Deer resident who lost his life in World War I.

A minimum of five scholarships of $5,000 each will be awarded every year.

A $4000 grant went to Hope 4 MVC Kids, an organization that assists families across Mountain View County with children in medical need by providing support to families, including equipment supports, hospital supports, daily living adaptions, advocacy education, or therapies.

@RCWarkentin @vancan19 Grobmeier played an integral role in the development and implementation of pinpoint as Insp under Foster (total in RD is 6.5 ys) so I agree, time is effective. Maybe RD should push for Insp Glassford to step into the role of Supt to keep her around too.
