I'll always see #Survivor50 as the missed opportunity season. There were so many highs, some great characters, some beautiful storytelling & fun antics, some great nods to what makes #Survivor incredible. But it was brought down by twists, the limited new era format, an uneven cast & the wrong emphasis on what hasn't fuelled the show for 50 seasons. It sucks knowing how good it should have been. All they had to do was nothing.

AU Survivor constantly proves how beneficial a theme can be for a season. even something as nonsensical as Titans vs Rebels brought so much to the season

Jeff probst says they’ll stick to naming seasons after numbers but if a theme sticks out to them while casting they’ll go with that….. #survivor
