I'm 21 years old and an aspiring Episcopal priest. I'm starting a blog for mainline church leaders. What "GenZ/Millennial" questions do you want answered? What do you want to hear about? @CarolHoward@dianabutlerbass@kmoliver
ME/CFS and LC folks, I'm doing a school project highlighting our experiences, especially related to abandonment/neglect/abuse by the healthcare and political systems. DM me if interested in doing a brief interview (super short to save energy for both of us!)

@useless_priest Yes, but start super low and increase dosages extremely slowly. I found that even 2 mg contributed to significant cognitive decline and had to scale back to 1.
@JCeoltaSmith Whenever I make a commitment, I immediately put it on Reminders or Calendar. I carry my phone with me absolutely everywhere, if I remember I need to do something, I write it down immediately. I leave un-noted emails or texts on unread.
@JoannaNoBanana Set a timer for an amount of time that is way under the amount you can do before you PEM. For me, 5 mins for phys chores, 15 for mental/computer. Then veg out lying down for double that amount of time. Rinse, repeat for 1-2 hrs before a longer break.
@Alina_MSN_RN Absolutely. It was one of my favorite things about my body. I will say that Vegamour absolutely saved my hair--I was pretty close to having to cut it otherwise.
@FaithOxenbridge I'm so sorry. When I was that severe, I just really tried to minimize sensory input. Ultimately, though, it was an Ayurvedic practitioner that pulled me into moderate.
@willmoorewill For me, it's two things: 1. an example of how far love can and must go in the face of oppression. 2. Jesus taking on our physical, spiritual, and emotional human experiences of brokenness and experiencing them with us, before taking them to the tomb and transforming them.
