@AeromexicoUSA making my Christmas a bit less bright by refusing to refund a REFUNDABLE fare I paid extra for. Thank you for being unprofessional and after an hour with customer service "disconnecting" my call. Wonderful.

Losing a customer over a technicality like Next Up for $5/month seems so unprofessional. Total loss for @ATT would have been $40 (for 8 months of this service) and instead they want me to pay over $600 for an upgrade. Sorry, not sorry. Happy to go back to @Verizon again.

I'd like to thank @ATT wireless for setting me up with the worst account manager who failed to add all the services we agreed and then blaming me for not catching HIS error within 14 days. So now I can't upgrade because of $40 dollars. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'll head back to Verizon quite happily.
