True Damage changes:
- All* sources of true damage are increased by damage amp effects now
- Previously various sources of true damage were inconsistently amped
- Still unaffected by debuffs
- Only exceptions are pet and smite damage

@Elolesio_ Hahahaha I started with a 5 game winstreak which was followed by a 4 game lose streak, so i decided to end the stream and win it back offstream. Ended up losing even more and went to bed with a 7 game losestreak :D
