I wonder what percentage of voters know that Biden has the discretion to allow about 20k Diversity Visa lottery winners from FY-2020 and 2021 (mostly from Africa) into the U.S. but chooses not to do so. All he would need to do is withdraw his appeals of their court victories.

Today, I filed a motion to vacate the stay of the final orders for #DV2020 with J. Mehta. More than two years have passed since the court stayed his final decision. and plaintiffs have suffered terribly since the @StateDept illegally suspended the processing of their visa applications. #DV2020 has waited long enough.
