Staff well-being is incredibly important! When the psychology team were approached to support ward staff well-being we explored the possibility of staff relaxation sessions. We now hold 2X sessions per week.

This afternoon the first edition of ‘Prospect Post’ was released!
At Atherleigh park we release quarterly newsletters for each ward.
It’s a lovely way to reflect on what’s been going on, and to help those on the ward hold in mind what opportunities there are to get involved in✨

We would love to keep everything created on the wards, however we don’t have the space. Our solution 💡- an ongoing collage of previous recovery through art projects- we are keeping small samples from each one to create a continuous display in our therapy room 🎨 @carolinecain74

It’s been amazing to see the individuality and collaboration expressed by all attendees of the group across the wards. ⏰🎨
