Final final thought…
It’s not that Tuchel is a bad manager - he isn’t. He got England to within a whisker of a World Cup final and he made some good decisions in other games at this tournament.
I don’t think he should be sacked but I do hope, in time, his changes his opinion on having ‘no regrets’. He spoke of ‘bravery’ throughout the tournament and then his team retreated to their own penalty box and gave the best player we may have ever seen space to whip the ball in time and time again.
Scaloni after the game… “We smelt blood when England hesitated".
@kumar_sonu88700@Thabzo_Siba@FabrizioRomano Yes but they HAD to defend against Mexico they were a man down. They were running th game against Argentina and it was so obvious they’d score last minute goals, they have the best playmaker in the world you don’t give him space like that for half an hour
@world_of_pies@Thabzo_Siba@FabrizioRomano The thing is I backed him. Still do if he can accept it was entirely his fault. I know he’ll get a load of flack for this (deserved) but I don’t think he made any bad decisions in the tournament until that Konsa sub. I don’t understand it at all.
