MEP Zovko disingenuously faults the OHR for Bosnia's crisis when she should be blaming her own party, the HDZ, which dominates the Federation, and whose leader Covic is working together with Dodik to destroy Bosnia. It's constitutional change that is needed, not electoral.

Milorad Dodik is a brutal criminal who has led a campaign to destabilize Bosnia and Herzegovina. His reckless actions are a dangerous escalation and flagrant dismissal of the judicial process.
