Running a small pilot for Khleo this week.

Khleo lets you auction one bespoke thing to your fans — a custom video, a call, a worn item. One winner, bids compete. I ran a live demo auction already; the page, bidding, and payout all work.

I'm picking 2 creators in the adult niche to run one auction each.

Terms: $50 flat from me just to run it, you keep 100% of whatever the winning bid is, no platform fee. So worst case you make $50 for ~15 minutes of setup. Best case you find out one of your fans will pay way more than your PPV price.

I'm building a side project around that idea.

Creators can put one exclusive photo/video up for auction, and their audience bids for it. Whoever wins gets access.

The interesting part to me is the scarcity: you're not selling the same thing to everyone. You're selling one piece to one person.

I'm calling it Khleo and I'm looking for honest feedback before I push it further.
