Are they not entitled to due so if there the university has no involvement in the administration of the scholarship selection/awarding process? This would not go against Title 6. Students have the right to receive private support, do they not?

@JWonggg Visually, it looks souless. Gameplay may be fun, but I see no love for the franchise graphically. We should be at DBFZ levels of detail and motion at least. I cant imagine One Piece's first potential fgc level game looking like this
