Last Saturday, I returned to @CSUSM with my HS Cross Country runners to attend the Carlsbad Grit n Grind Challenge hosted by Sage Creek! It was cool to show my athletes where I spent my college time and have them run on the very field I graduated on! #csusmalum

This is a great article. It continues to amaze me that some people somehow haven’t realized the value of higher education, especially through the Cal State system.
It also amazes me that we continue to spend money disproportionately within the Cal State system.

Last night the @CHSJackets_ Cross Country team attended the Woodbridge Classic Invitational at the Great Park Irvine! We took home 5 medals!! @ColtonJUSD

This morning, I had the privilege of participating in the 55th annual Colton SWARM Cross Country Invitational as the starting guest for the Girls Sophomore runners. It has always been an honor to attend this event and witness the convergence of various schools and districts.

In 2019, @jalvarezedd and I set out to tackle stigmas with mental health in our community. We were honored in becoming @BezosScholars and took our efforts to the next level! We created the Wellness Club, Fair and eventually Wellness Center at @CHSJackets_ (1/2)
