Unfortunately we got the tragic news that a good friend of mine, Kian Broadhead, sadly passed away on Sunday. He was a huge Liverpool fan and was meant to go to the derby on Saturday, as a present for his little brother Charlie, pictured below. Hoping to arrange a minute… 1/2

When I have gone through the channels of trying to claim your generic response is that I am not eligible because it was industrial action, however, this was prior to the industrial action. Please respond @AirCanada

@AirCanada I have DM you and also attempted calling and emailing for a flight from the 15th August. This I believe was prior to the strike but you aren’t responding or answering my queries. The only contact I have had was the email cancelling the flight
