@eBayNewsroom So asked Fedex today and they are saying this seller lied. He did not pay for proof of delivery. So why is my issue. Why should I lose my money this way. I need help here

@eBayNewsroom eBay don’t vet its sellers very well. Ur seller store from me over $400 and now he blocked me. Lied so many times that my item was delivered when it wasn’t. Asked for a signature upon delivery before he sent it. He accepted and told me that he payed the the proof of delivery.
