for #WorldMentalHealthDay, i was invited by the counseling service graz to speak about loneliness. it was great to connect, also with those working locally in suicide prevention. i left with optimism and the prospect of more future cooperation (and a lovely transitional object).
@ShirleyBWang good to hear others are still getting vaccinated as well! same for me, covid and flu at the same time, and last year i felt like this afterwards 🫠 this time it wasn’t so bad.
