1) Abnormal Movement: Sumeet Industries Share Price Moved from 0.88 to 38.05 in 1 year (i.e 4-oct-2024 to 3-oct-2025)
2) Revenue Flat for 10 yrs
3) Profitability is volatile

Lots of other red flags. It's very scary to participate in this Buyback.
