@BrunoMellx The name thing also happened with “Young X” being Exceptional and “X-Men” being Uncanny. We don’t know “Sentinels” and “Mystique” are the actual titles either yet, but we do know Shalvey is writing an X Book probably featuring Mystique.
@BrunoMellx Cyclops was just the wrong title for X-Men. It also listed Stegman on art, and they likely wouldn’t put out two books with the exact same creative team and same character(s). Jed MacKay is also writing ~four(?) ongoing including two flagships so it couldn’t be his even if real
@samuli47 She says on the page that this is what’s happening. I don’t know what’s unclear about this to you. There’s a reason this couldn’t happen before; they had only just completed the necessary journey
@samuli47 The same way that prior to the waiting room, none of those souls were retrievable by any means. Without the waiting room, they could not have traveled to the WHR, that was seemingly the whole purpose for its creation
@samuli47 They could not have gotten to the WHR without being in the waiting room. That’s why it’s brought up and the journey was emphasized. We know this is the case bc magneto also left the waiting room for elsewhere and couldn’t leave without Storm’s intercession
@ComicsxStuff He got stuck in amber at the end of FotHoX 1. Also X Men 31 is very clearly set in between these two issues. Don’t think about it too hard
@aliastager They also mention a previous failed attempt, so this takes place after. It just explains where Synch is and what he’s maybe doing while FotHoX 2 is going on.
Except Nimrod doesn’t get out of the amber (from right after the failed rescue) until FHX2 so. when did they fight him?
@amdiazart@aliastager Also *love* how they keep bringing up Melody as a prop to make bigger characters look good or bad but seemingly have no intention of ever letting her exist as a character in her own right ever again. Let’s debate who hurt this young woman the most and never let her say anything.
@amdiazart@aliastager And he was correct, as Sinister *did* do more for her (death powers wise) than Beast or X ever did for Rogue. He didn’t physically stop her from going with him but like. It was ultimately her choice as a person and the person responsible for Sinister’s abuse of her was Sinister.
