@DaikinIndia even the AC are covered under CRS scheme of BIS, you are not providing the product manual with your products and giving the QR code as part of cost cutting. It is wrong. Quite difficult to scan QR code fixed on indoor unit. How can I get?

1) May I know, why PAN and Aadhar are mandatory document for KYCs in your branches.
2) is PAN is mandatory in saving account as photo ID..?

@centralbank_in Without proper initiating of video KYC, The video KYC is getting rejected by instructing to visit the branch. Agent allocation is taking too much time. Why digital account opening process is made, if solutions are not working properly.
