Good news: We have received another 5 years of funding from the National Institute of Mental Health, so we plan to hold ERP Boot Camps in each of the next 5 summers. https://t.co/PI7ZXuZZaf
As in most previous years, all attendees will receive a scholarship that covers most or all travel and lodging expenses. There will be no registration fee. https://t.co/PI7ZXuZZaf
Although I was really hoping to provide evidence that the P3b is related to working memory encoding, and we looked hard to find this evidence, I no longer believe that this is a viable hypothesis.
A common idea is that the P3b ERP component (aka P300) reflects the updating of working memory. However, there aren’t any direct tests of this hypothesis. In a new paper (with @CDCarrasco, @simmonsaam, @john_kiat), we provided a test of this hypothesis. https://t.co/P5ARs9Hd4B
We will not be offering an ERP Boot Camp in Summer 2025, but our plan is to resume in Summer 2026. In the meantime, you can host a Mini ERP Boot Camp at your institution! If interested, please email us at [email protected] for more info

Rather than operating as an EEGLAB plugin, ERPLAB Studio is a standalone Matlab program that provides a more efficient and user-friendly interface to the most commonly used EEGLAB and ERPLAB routines.
If you already know how to use the original version of ERPLAB (which we now call ERPLAB Classic), you can quickly learn how to use ERPLAB Studio with our Transition Guide. https://t.co/KI54XzQnAG
