Hi @sbmbankindia I received an email confirming that my ₹10,000 refund has been initiated to my UPI ID. However, within minutes, I received another email stating a ₹0 refund, creating unnecessary confusion.
Please urgently confirm the status of my ₹10,000 refund and process.

➡️ No resolution despite service request
