On 30th Oct, 24, a joint delegation of BMS/BRMS & AIREF, under leadership of @AshokShukla0909 met Hon'ble MR @AshwiniVaishnaw ji & demands of the JE/SSE was discussed in details. Hon'ble MR has given assurance for action on priority to resolve these demands.

We should file a case in consumer court.

I have been calling customer care for the last 1 month for a repair request but till now my AC have not been repaired.

I think your firm only deals in sales not services.

I have provided the transaction numbers on 07th oct but no action by you till now.
If you can't repair ACs, don't sell them. Neither customer care nor the Puri service centre have any information regarding my service request.disgusting

I have been calling customer support from 4th September 2024. And everytime I got only one answer that "we will escalate your issue and put your repair request under urgent category".
