@WestJet @DuaneStorey Monitoring feedback is a load of s***. If you were you'd know this is absurd. Your aircraft were already extremely cramped. I'm 6'4 If I sat in one of these I literally wouldn't fit and then I'm forced to pay more for premium seats or exit rows just because I'm tall.
