@AmericanAir Thx for your interest and follow ups.I’d ask you to review the content of the email conformation of a lost item report. It is misleading and not helpful. You see an expectation with your valuable customer’s that you will get back to them in 30’days which is not your process

American Airlines flight 3063 PHL to ORD delayed 3 Hrs and now sitting on runway in ORD for an hour waiting for a gate…pilot clueless and crew rude. They are trying to make passengers miss connections…worse ever
