A daily commuter to Edinburgh by train and have become intimate with many fellow commuters but not by choice thanks to many many cancellations and wee trains.
@trafficscotland@Wrighty0511@SETrunkRoads@edintravel I think you find the traffic approaching the closure points has been sitting for more than what you state. My daughter has been between Straiton and Lothianburn for over an hour.
@TPExpressTrains@TPExpressTrai it would be nice if the trolley service went through the train. I might be able to buy some refreshments and increase the profitability of the service.
Thinking of getting a smart meter? My daughter got a bill for January from @ScottishPower for over £800! Her December bill was £200.
Now mistakes happen, but you know it's going to take an age to fix, for a student that can't afford to pay an amount greater than the flat rent.
@btsportrugby@premrugby@Saracens Settled by a late kick or another unseen illegal tackle?
Great game sadly let down by a hallmark OF illegal tackle that goes unchallenged.
@stephenjones9@sarugby It's a sad day for rugby. It was that one major sport where as a player you always respected the referees regardless if you agreed or not with their decisions.
They are human and can make errors, just like the players.
You take it on the chin, you learn and you move on.
@AvantiWestCoast@LNER@TPExpressTrains@networkrail again it's another journey disrupted. In the last three months I have not achieved a trip using your services that has not been severely disrupted.
Glad you don't organise drinking parties in breweries.....
@AvantiWestCoast just been bussed from Preston to Carlisle on my way (attempt) to Edinburgh. Now told at Carlisle to board a train to Newcastle.
Having a laugh?
@awc_support Never checked the legality in drinking in breweries, but the rail industry is infringing human rights by subjecting passengers to torture and degrading treatment.
@hamgammon Lochs and Glens coach drivers have form for ignoring road signs, like the large sign warning them of cross winds at the top of the Rest and be Thankful.
