It’s Saturday and 3pm on the east coast and the Bungie civil war is full swing with Marathon currently trailing Destiny 2 in Steam player numbers. This is the day Marathon needs to make a statement because after tonight all focus will be moving to Destiny 2 and the massive server slam that will be taking place on Tuesday which many people are predicting will be an insane turn out in players.

@AlyxVRC Sad thing is: Bungie could have made BOTH thrive. Marathon would benefit from D2’s players base support IF Bungie showed respect for the Destiny franchise. Insane missed opportunity. Will never understand.

@AI_EmeraldApple Sony killing D2 is catastrophic not only for D2 players like me but also for marathon. People don’t realize: one franchise can support the other financially. They had an amazing opportunity to have two great successful games but now it seems that the studio will be shutdown soon.
