@TheShivaJatt Yeah. I think when they are calculating TFR, they are calculating it only for a particular age range of women. This gives the impression of population decline but it isn't happening any time soon.
India will peak around 1.6 B in my opinion.

Consider this small example - Suppose we have 50 couples. If they only have 1 kid each, population becomes 100.
