Hey everyone, I need to address the situation with my channel because time is running out, and I want to set the record straight.
In 3 days, my channel is set for deletion due to copyright claims that I believe are completely unfair. I’ve done everything I can to resolve this—I’ve filed counter-claims, reached out to Epic Games, and contacted YouTube, but I’m getting no answers. To make it worse, Epic has now blocked me from reaching out entirely, and I still don’t know why this is happening.
I want to clear up a few things:
My Fortnite maps do deliver exactly what I say they do in the videos. However, the amount of XP you earn depends on how much XP you’ve already gained, because XP in Fortnite is—or was—capped. I’ve always been transparent about this, and it’s something every creator and player knows. Nothing I have done is wrong I have stuck within Epics rules and use only the systems Epic Games have put into the game for xp.
The level shown in my thumbnails represents the level I was at when I made the video. It was never a promise that you’d get that many levels just by playing my maps. The videos are about showing you fun ways to play and gain XP—not tricking anyone. I have built a large brand around leveling and helping players level up by using only what Epic provides and finding the best ways to use it and be efficient with your time. Again if there was a problem with this Epic would just take down the maps and remove my creator code but they haven't. There is evidence to suggest that this isn't even Epic Games doing this to me but someone pretending and false striking but it's impossible to tell when no one is helping. I have worked with Epic Games doing map promotions for over a year now and they know what I do and corricidently I was also connected by them the same day with a new promotion that they wanted to do and they were completely unaware of the situation.
Epic Games encourages creators like me to make Fortnite content, and my Fortnite account and maps are still live, which shows I haven’t broken any rules. If I were in breach of their Terms of Service, wouldn’t everything have been taken down? Instead, my videos are being targeted unfairly, despite me following the guidelines. What people don't realise to is that if my channel is terminated so will all my other channels be and I won't be able to make a new channel.
I’ve always been here to entertain, engage, and bring people into the Fortnite xp / level community. The support my maps and videos have generated proves the value I’ve brought—not just to my audience but to the game itself.
If you’ve enjoyed my content, or if you believe this takedown is wrong, I need your help now more than ever. Share this, spread the word, and help me get Epic and YouTube to take notice.
To everyone who has stood by me thank you. Im going to fight as much as i need to. I’ll keep you updated on what happens next, but right now, we have 3 days to save my channel and any chance of me ever being able to make content again.
@AskPlayStation Im getting the error CE-107891-6 when trying to load into my game and this is the 2nd time it happened. I got this error when I updated my game.
