I’ve seen it in logistics/ supply chain. Freight brokers, 3PL.

Kids who were 19 or 20, no degree, no “network,” just a phone, a laptop, and the willingness to get told no 80 times a day.

Some of them cleared $200k+ in year one. Not because the industry is magic.

Because sales skills travel.

1. Healthcare
Aging population + $1T in admin waste. Demand doesn’t disappear in a recession.

2. Logistics
Also a $1T market. Someone still has to move the boxes, food, and produce.

3. Construction 
$2.5T+ in the US alone. Housing, data centers, infrastructure, reshoring. Physical world still has to get built.

4. AI / Tech
Fastest growing market in US, we are seen mass adoption to tech like never before.

Pick a boring niche inside one of these. Own the workflow. Compound. That’s the game.
