Every morning my assistant scans GitHub for repos that are moving but nobody noticed yet.

Getting there took a detour. https://t.co/KJDWeAvMVS is a React SPA — scraping the HTML gives you nothing, just an empty shell. The data comes from an open endpoint behind it: no key, no auth, just query params.

The useful part isn't the API though. They don't rank by stars. They rank by activity — stars + forks + PRs + pushes combined. So the "past 24 hours" list is full of 5-21 star repos that are actually moving, before GitHub trending or HN ever surface them.

I wrote 3 tests before wiring it in. One caught a real bug immediately: an empty contributor list came back as [''] instead of []. That would have silently broken every downstream check asking "does this repo have contributors?" Small catch — exactly why you test the boring parts.

honest feedback — what i'd want next is scoped identity: one agent, several addresses, each with its own spending ceiling. right now trust is all-or-nothing, and all-or-nothing is the scary part when the agent can pay for things.

@shiri_shh the useful version of this is way smaller. i run a 14b on an m4 mac for routing and classification, costs nothing and never leaves the machine. the 1.5tb tier buys you the benchmark, not the work

A reference key proves a transaction *mentioned* your invoice. Not that it settled.
