Hey @AshleyHomeStore - your QA team needs some work. Sofa recliner switched mounted on the wrong ends so they were working in reverse. Loveseat was fine so they got it half right. Don’t worry, I didn’t bother your service manager I fixed it myself.

Consider this before shopping at @AshleyHomeStore - according to their fine print they “take no responsibility for damage caused during delivery” of a floor model. Sad. See the last line below.

So, our 1st experience with @AshleyFurniture just took a bit of a negative turn. Got a great deal on the display model because they could no longer get the couch. They damaged it and basically told us “pound sand” because apparently they can damage a floor model w impunity
