Restaurants really need to stop playing around with names of dishes.
What does Mutton Dilruba even look like, will there be a Shammi Kapoor in my gravy.
What bothers me even more is the lack of intelligence on the pitch. Salah was the last of them, and we let him go, cause he was making Wirtz look bad.
Nobody, absolutely, to pick a pass in the bac, or play a give and go!
It's not. He is a more talented Henderson. Put him in a 4-3-3, as a LM, and it works. Just that we got Wirtz, and can't play the one formation that has won the last 10 CLs.
Szoboszlai’s future is right back. I’m so serious. He’s not good enough in midfield for me. Endless touches on the ball, no progression. He’s an actor. He acts like a midfielder but he does not control the game, he can’t dribble past players and he’s way too safe on the ball.
@jokebazz All it takes is a good coach to get players in line.
Hand him to somebody like Klopp, and you will never hear of any discipline issues.
Discipline issues speak more of the coaching staff, than of the players themselves!
Yes, it is because of our love for Klopp that we have scored less goals and garnered less points than Klopp's worst ever season, after spending 450 million!
I think the toxicity around Slot was never really about Slot. It was about grief. Klopp grief specifically. People attached their entire football identity to Klopp's era and Slot's presence is a daily reminder that it's over.
EXCLUSIVE: The Liverpool board have decided NOT to continue with Arne Slot as manager for the 26/27 season.
Having previously opted to give Slot more time to turn things around, the decision to sack Slot was made over the weekend following conversations with senior players. #LFC
I have witnessed this club go from doubters to believers, and from believers to champions. It took hard work and I always did everything I could to help the club get there. Nothing makes me prouder than that.
Us crumbling to yet another defeat this season was very painful and not what our fans deserve. I want to see Liverpool go back to being the heavy metal attacking team that opponents fear and back to being a team that wins trophies. That is the football I know how to play and that is the identity that needs to be recovered and kept for good. It cannot be negotiable and everyone that joins this club should adapt to it.
Winning some games here and there is not what Liverpool should be about. All teams win games.
Liverpool will always be a club that means a great deal to me and to my family. I want to see it succeed for long after I have moved on.
As I’ve always said, qualifying to next season’s Champions League is the bare minimum and I will do everything I can to make that happen.
