Zepto cheating their own customers. Charging handling charges in each and every order but not display on the screen. when you will go to Item & GST section then only it will be visible. Invented new math by own. Playing hide & seek with the customer. @akshaykumar

@nitin_gadkari it's sorry to say that BH series number is not being transferred to West Bengal State number. RTO denied and said no such policy in West Bengal. Please look into this and give necessary instruction to the department. public is suffering. 23BH8467F. @MamataOfficial

@_MukeshAmbani Still no progress,  highly disappointed with the poor service provided by JioFiber. It has been approx 48 hours since the service went down, and there has been no resolution yet. This is unacceptable, especially in a metro city where internet connectivity is crucial. @JioCare

In the metro city JIO is not able to give service than how they will offer service to other locations. From the last 36 hr service is down and not get option to register a complaint. Request you to please look into this @_MukeshAmbani

@JioCare I am not able to login complaint nor get an option for customer care to connect through IVR. First time of resolution 27th 7:47 AM after that 3:47 PM and after that 28th 3:47 AM. Not able to understand. Please let me know the TAT
