It has been 2 weeks but my passport has not been re-dispatched by @rpokolkata. I had sent a request letter via email as well as a physical application on 9th and 16th July, respectively, but nothing has moved.

@detached_98 @Swiggy Beyond the cultural debate, the main problem is that a localite is failing to converse (or give directions) to a service provider who does not speak the local language or any common language (English)

@IndiGo6E Trying to book a flight for 1 hr now. If I apply the 6E reward points the payment processing fails for any mode. The customer care dropped my call after waiting 20 mins on hold and I didn't get call back. I am on hold for 15 mins again.
