@MajDPSingh @adgpi @NDRFHQ Sir, Army was already there Sir if I am not wrong .... there was a young Major who gave an interview from ground zero on the progress dueing week2. Mostly Engrs. but then in between too many agencies were involved and now finally Army is back.
